An Opportunity

I have had a passion for health for many many years. I graduated from College with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I am a certified personal trainer. I was always curious about nutrition and how the body functioned when it was properly nourished. I am now a stay at home mom with two very active little boys. I've always loved to cook and quickly my passion turn to nourishing my family. Over the last year I have researched and learned what I believe to be the best way to nourish my family's bodies. I hate chemicals and I'm scared of the effects they have on our health. Chemicals are everywhere. I have made significant changes to try and cut chemical out of our food. I am not perfect but I feel as if I am headed in the right direction. I make my own house hold cleaners to cut out the chemicals. I use all natural laundry detergent. My little one now wears cloth diapers so he's not in contact with harmful chemicals 24 hours a day. I'm making great strides but I still have to lather harmful chemical laden sunscreen on myself and my kids. We still brush our teeth with ingredients you can't even pronounce. We wash our hair and our bodies with a mixture of who knows what. My moisturizers and lotions are seeping harmful chemical straight into my body. I wanted something different for my family. I wanted to get rid of the carcinogens that we were in contact with everyday. My dream has now come true.

There was a lady who had the same dream and now there is a company who does too. The company name is Havvn and they have just "launched" the first ever 100% all natural skin care line. No chemicals, no binders just natural ingredients. Really!!!!! You get eat the stuff if you wanted to.
